Social Media Manager

Are you a tech-savvy social media wiz? If you are enthusiastic about communication and all things peptides, you might be just the content strategist we need to build our engagement across top social platforms!

We are seeking someone with these qualities:

Even if you have minimal prior experience, we are happy to train the right candidate. Because we use metrics to evaluate our performance, we need an engagement strategist with meticulous attention to detail. We have a diverse clientele and staff, so we are looking for a real team player.

An effective community manager must be well-informed on all the latest market trends and happenings. 

What we require from a successful candidate: 

Social media marketing experience is preferred. A portfolio of recent social media marketing projects is recommended but optional. The applicant should be familiar with and hold accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. 

Working knowledge of Facebook ads is also necessary. Basic competence in photo editing and content writing is called for, including captioning skills.

Your primary duties will include the following:

Plan, implement, and oversee the content strategy on our five main social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest. Collaborate with team members as needed for content creation. 

Produce and edit both written and visual content, including photos and captions. Interact with customers, responding to client inquiries via direct messages and chat. Monitor and analyze engagement data on social platforms.

Carry out campaigns to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and build our online community.

Medical Fact Checker

As a medical fact checker at Peptides.org, you will be tasked with confirming the veracity of the information presented in our texts before publication. The fact checker reviews all objective claims while preserving the content structure and style of the articles in collaboration with our seasoned team of meticulous research specialists. 

Because Peptides.org focuses on clinical topics, a medical student with expertise in these areas is highly preferred. Our ideal candidate will have these qualities: 

  • Superior communication and research skills
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
  • Adherence to tight deadlines in delivering accurate results
  • Solid command of medical and therapeutic terminology
  • Familiarity with the research peptides arena 
  • Knowledge of AMA style and academic publications

Your duties will include: 

Verifying the validity of the material contained in our publications, including names, dates, clinical data, and other crucial information.

Science Writer

We are searching for a talented and driven science writer who will be responsible for creating a variety of content aimed at our intended audience of research peptide enthusiasts. You will plan and compose factually accurate and accessible articles on peptide-related subjects supported by credible evidence and clinical findings. Your work should be fact-driven while still palatable to our broad audience.

The selected applicant will conduct research, write drafts of articles for our online publications, and occasionally generate content posted to our social media channels. They should have a firm background in medical or biological sciences and fluency in sound scientific research methods. Since this is a remote position, the ideal applicant should also be amenable to scheduling flexibility and have the ability to communicate with coworkers online.

Our chosen candidate should have the following qualities:

  • Interest, passion, and basic understanding of medical topics
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus

The requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Science, Communication, English, or Journalism)
  • At least four years of experience as a science writer
  • A portfolio of your recent work
  • The ability to interpret scientific data and communicate it to a wider audience in a way that is both clear and coherent
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in collaboration with a diverse team
  • Abreast of current developments in the field
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

Duties include:

  • Writing content based on research to address scientific developments, news, and trends in the research peptide arena
  • Reviewing and applying editorial revisions before publication
  • Collaborating with our virtual team to plan, create, and improve the website's content
